Traveling from YIA to venue

Train

• Station location:

  • From Yogyakarta International Airport Railway Station, you can use the Airport Commuter Line (YIA Ekspres/KA Bandara YIA) to go to Yogyakarta Railway Station (Stasiun Tugu):
    • Travel Time: approx. 40 minutes
    • Cost: 20.000/40.000 IDR.

• From Yogyakarta Station (Stasiun Tugu) to Teaching Industry Learning Center (TILC) Sekolah Vokasi UGM, you have several options:

Online Taxi/Ojek

• Download and login to the app (Gojek/Grab etc). Then, pinpoint your current location and choose “TILC SV UGM” as your destination. The cost will show up automatically and you can pay either with cash or cashless.
  • Travel Time: approx. 30 minutes
  • Cost: Motorcycle (for 1 person) starts from 10.000 IDR. Or a car (for 4 - 6 people) starts from 25.000 IDR.
  • Note: It’s recommended to walk away from the station for several meters to the west before ordering a ride-hailing app.

City Bus (Trans Jogja)

• Exit the station from the south gateway and look for Trans Jogja’s bus stop (ID: halte) “TPB Jlagran”, wait for Route 3B, tell the officer that you want to go to Sekolah Vokasi UGM (halte Vokasi UGM).
  • Travel Time: approx. 1 hour
  • Cost: (cash) 3.600/(cashless) 2.700 IDR.

Total Travel Time: up to 2 hours Cost: approx. 22.700 - 60.000 IDR.

Traveling from JOG to venue

Trans Jogja bus stop

• To get to TILC SV UGM from Adisucipto Airport using Trans Jogja, the most direct route is generally Route 3A.
  • From Adisucipto Airport, Go to the Trans Jogja bus stop (halte) at Adisucipto Airport.
  • Take the Trans Jogja bus for Route 3A and tell the officer that you want to go to Sekolah Vokasi UGM (halte Vokasi UGM). This route goes through the UGM area.
  • Travel Time: approx. 1 hour
  • Cost: approx. 2.700 - 3.600 IDR.

Online Taxi/Ojek

• Login to any ride-hailing app (Gojek/Grab etc), pinpoint your current location and choose “TILC SV UGM” as your destination. You can pick a motorcycle or car for your ride.
  • Travel Time: approx. 30 minutes.
  • Cost: approx. starts from 20.000 IDR for motorcycles (for 1 person), while for a car (for 4 - 6 people) starts from 50.000 IDR.
